All ButtBuffer seats have a lifetime warrantee on our polymer. They guarantee it will never break down, compress, leak, freeze or burn.

The covers have a one-year warrantee against any defect in workmanship and material.

Seats Damaged in Shipping

If you receive a seat that is damaged when you open the box, it is your responsibility to immediately call the shipping company and file a damage claim. Be sure to keep the box and all packaging materials, as they will be needed in filing a claim. Please call Butt Buffers if you have any questions.
